Friday night, I oversaw a fun and thought-provoking workshop at ChiPRC entitled CHALK N’ TALK. The instructor was the highly intelligent and creative Alex Nall, a comics artist from right here in Chicago.
We had a lively discussion about various types of public art. With these ideas buzzing in our minds, we headed out into the Wicker Park neighborhood to get down and dirty with our own chalk art.
My favorite part of the project is imagining what passersby are thinking about the images we left behind!
