Yesterday’s challenge was to draw something I fear. It was difficult to come up with an idea, because I usually try to integrate those parts of myself and others with which I am not immediately comfortable.
Then it hit me. What I fear, or at least resist, is a lack of freedom. Limitations and boundaries do not last long with me.
Here is Dionysus, captured by some pirates and bound to the mast. The pirates thought he was just some rich boy who would make a good hostage. They quickly learned that they were wrong.
